Mail-in Re-Certification

If you have attended and successfully completed a HELP Instructor Certification workshop and two HELP Instructor Re-Certification workshops administered by CAPS, you may be eligible for re-certification by mail for only $50.  Click below for the appropriate form.

HELP Standard Certification Cards

If you would like to request identification cards for your staff members who have been trained by a CAPS certified instructor, complete the forms below entirely and mail to us along with your payment for $5 per card.  Forms not completed entirely will result in a delay in processing.

CAPS Consulting Trainer Website

CAPS Consulting Trainers have access to additional tools included downloads and material amendments.  You must be given access by CAPS and be a certified consulting trainer in order to view this site.
