HELP Certification Workshop (2-4 Day Workshop)
Human Empowerment & Leadership Principles
A safety management continuum designed to reduce the possibility of injury during episodes of aggressive behavior.  Using lectures, group discussions, group activities, and skills training, participants will learn to respond effectively to manage aggressive behavior or participants will be trained to train caregivers to use these techniques as a method for dealing with aggression in the workplace.
